I would like to refer to my recent "press release" in regards to the termination notice for the "Agents Protection's" scheme for any new business from midnight 22nd October 2008, it is important to be aware of the following :-

• Agents Protection scheme is a product offer to travel agent to protect financial failure of a travel or accommodation provider and it is underwritten by Independents Advantage Insurance Company Limited.

• Due to an extraordinarily high level of claims in the last 12 months, and with the continued poor, forecast for the forthcoming year, the underwriter , has decided to stop underwriting the product with effect from midnight 22nd October 2008.

• Agents Protection scheme is entirely a different type of product from our range of travel insurance products which are trading as normal.

• Our range of travel insurance products are under written by a ETI International Travel Protection and ultimate holding company is Munich Reinsurance Group which have no link or relationship with Independents Advantage Insurance Company Limited.
